To the stag

When it crunches behind the deer …

it is said that the stag is stalking here. Or rather, that the historic house dating back to 1830 is being completely revitalized. A new generation is taking over and, in the course of this, the Hirsch is to be dusted off properly. The focus is on a contemporary interpretation of the entire appearance. The stag gives way to a corporate font that takes up the antlers as a theme, but presents them in a new way.

More space is also given to the role of women, who have played a decisive role in the history of the hotel. The stag becomes a mask and is worn by a woman. Feminine instead of masculine, vegetarian cuisine instead of game on the menu. A new old space for everyone.
