A timeless stay
The Maximilian is a good place to arrive. And to come back again and again. Originally, it was a city villa designed by Ceconi in the late 19th century. After an extensive renovation and sustainable redesign, The Maximilian opened in 2020 as a “timeless stay” for guests from all over the world.
The characteristic round arch plays a key role in the hotel’s interior design and branding and is the central design element of the charming boutique hotel.

This characteristic shape is integrated again and again with great sensitivity – whether as wall recesses, furniture shapes or floor patterns in the orientation system and the hotel’s points of contact. Shades of gray, sand and blue blend together elegantly and with high quality, giving the appearance a special touch, even in combination with a modern typeface.
